Youth Pastor
The Youth Pastor is responsible for shepherding, discipling, and leading all ministry for junior and high school students. The Youth Pastor’s role supports the overall spiritual health of First Church by focusing on building up our next generation of Christ followers. The Youth Pastor will relate, connect, teach, mentor, and disciple our students. They will lead youth services, recruit and lead volunteers, coordinate special events and trips, mentor parents, live according to Christ’s example, and work to fulfill First Church’s mission of Putting Jesus First in our Lives.
Connections Pastor
The Connections Pastor provides spiritual and relational leadership by helping people move from first-time attendance to active participation in the life and mission of First Church. This role oversees life groups, life-group leader development, volunteer teams, missions, and all assimilation processes.
