John Miles
John Miles has served as senior pastor of First Church since 2006. He is married to Susan Miles, and he has two grown children and four grandchildren. He loves spending time with his family, (especially the grandchildren) hiking, and other outdoor activities. John has been a pastor for over 40 years and he loves his work, his people, and his Lord.

Chris Metcalf
Chris began following Christ in April of 2017. The Lord delivered him from addiction and substance abuse while in the Breaking Bonds Treatment Program here in Jonesboro. He and his wife, Elaine, have been married for 8 years. They have two sons, Jay and Judah. They enjoy playing outside with their two dogs, taking trips to the mountains of Colorado, and visiting family. Chris states “Personally, if I am not at home with the family or serving the Church, you can find me on the Pickle ball court. Other than that, studying Scripture, competing, and eating are my favorite past times.” First Church would love to have you become apart of our church family!
