CONTEMPORARY SERVICES

NEW SOUNDS, SAME SAVIOR! While the methodology may have evolved, our love for Jesus remains unchanged. The primary difference between a contemporary service and the traditional service is the atmosphere. Traditional services are often held in classically designed sanctuaries, featuring instruments such as the organ, piano, and brass. Contemporary services, on the other hand, are typically held in more modern and spacious venues, featuring modern music played by a full band consisting of instruments such as piano, drums, guitars, bass, and more. The worship songs are often the latest contemporary hits on the radio. All three contemporary services are held in Wesley Hall, with the best access available through the parking lot on Union Street. The 8:30 am and 9:45 am services are preached by our Lead Pastor, John Miles. Only the 9:45 service is live-streamed and can be viewed on this website or on Facebook. The 11:11 am service is led by our Life Group Pastor, Chris Metcalf.
